For agencies

Your creative vision. A foundation built for tourism.

TourOS gives your agency the tourism tools already in place: directory, events, itineraries, trip planning and the rest. You spend your time on what makes each client different: the brand, the content and the visitor experience.

The partner model

Your clients. Your name. Our platform.

An agency partner sets up and runs destination sites for its own clients. Here is how that works.

  • Licensed per website

Each destination site has its own license. Dixon Digital grants the modules, and each destination chooses which licensed features to turn on.

  • Your name on the CMS

The CMS can carry your agency’s own name and branding, so the tool your clients sign in to is white-labeled as yours.

  • You run the sites

You set up and run destination sites for your own clients, without waiting on Dixon Digital to do it for you.

  • A design for every client

The platform owns the logic, and every client owns its design. No two of your clients share a design, and none of them shares one with anyone else.

What partners get

Guides for your team, guardrails for your tools.

Partner collateral is branded TourOS by Dixon Digital Solutions, and it is written for the people who will build and run your clients’ sites.

  • Onboarding guide

A PDF partner guide that walks your team through setting up and running a TourOS site.

  • Design guide

A PDF guide to designing a client’s site on TourOS, so each one looks like its own place.

  • AI-agent skills

Skills for the AI agents your team works with, with guardrails built in.

  • Change requests

A set process for asking for anything the platform does not do yet.

Change requests

Escalate, don’t fork.

When a client needs something the platform does not do yet, you send a change request instead of changing the platform for one site.

Your client’s design stays yours to shape. The shared core stays shared, so every site you run stays on the same versioned platform and its monthly releases.

A good fit

For agencies creating destination websites.

If your agency builds for tourism offices, visitor bureaus or regional organizations, TourOS covers the parts every destination site needs, so you are not rebuilding a directory and an events calendar for each client.

  • Keep each client’s identity and site configuration separate
  • Build on a shared, versioned platform
  • Add optional modules as each destination needs them

See the full list of core features and optional modules on the platform page.
